Another Chance To Strike It Rich ... Off Of You

The industry of real estate investing course is closely related to the real estate investing books. 

Since designing a real estate investing course is very profitable due to its high price tag, many "experts" who wrote books on this topic eventually try their hand at making a course of their own.

Most real estate investing courses involve some sort of coaching program. 

This is what they claim to be the "good stuff" -- that justifies in putting a huge charge on your credit card.  The argument is that coaches will be there for you when you run into problems in real-life real estate investing. 

However, what you are really getting from most programs are just another kind of customer service representatives.  On not so good programs, these coaches probably just have a script that they read or write back to you depending on your situation.
