Truth Behind Real Estate Investing Books

The "Guru" that knows everything

There are so many real estate investing books out there.  With common sense, this suggests that there are more money to be made writing these books.

It is true that real estate investing made some average people rich.  But writing books on this topic made a small group of people richer.

The books associated with gurus with in-your-face outrageous marketing are the ones you would like to avoid. 

It is funny to see some of these gurus in different industries at different times.  When the real estate is hot, this guru says he knows everything about real estate.  And then when the stock market is hot, he is now a stock market expert.  It is amazing how this person knows everything. 

When you shop for your real estate investing knowledge, you should not have to fall for this type of marketing hype.

You only need a few real estate investing books.  The rest will be learned from your own experience.
